Product Information
All products are handcrafted lifelike plush dogs. Due to the nature of handmade work, each piece is one-of-a-kind. Slight differences between the item you receive and product photos are normal and will not be regarded as product defects.
Production & Lead Time
Every piece is made by hand. Production will start only after full payment is confirmed. Orders cannot be expedited. Production takes 20–25 days, and shipping time is additional and not included in this production window.
Shipping
We cover the outbound shipping cost for your order. The buyer is responsible for all destination‑related fees, including import duties, taxes, and all risks associated with customs clearance.Regular shipping is delivered by air, It takes approximately 10–15 business days for delivery.·Please note that delays during shipping may occur and are occasionally beyond our control. Factors like customs clearance procedures and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.
Returns & Refunds
These are custom handmade goods. Returns, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons of personal preference, long production wait time, or minor handmade differences.
If you receive an item with genuine physical damage or manufacturing defects, you may submit a return or refund request. Clear photographic evidence of the damaged product is required for verification.
Order Cancellation
Once production has started, order cancellation is not allowed.
Payment
All payments are final upon successful processing.
